Appointments & Cancellations

  • All appointments can be booked online from our website. Simply select your desired service, stylist, and date to secure your spot.

  • Our appointments calender opend on the 15th of every month for the following month.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit goes towards your. total service balance and ensures your stylist time is reserved just for you.

  • Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details.

Services & Pricing

  • Absolutely. we recommend booking a free consultation for color, extensions, or first-time visit. this ensures we understand your goals and create a plan that best suites your hair’s needs.

  • No. Extensions, treatments and add-ons are priced separately and will be discussed during your consultation so you know your total before starting.

  • Our prices reflect the level of experience, time, and quality products used for each service. Pricing may vary by stylist and hair length a=or texture.

  • Yes. all of our services begin with a hydrated shampoo and conditioner followed by a blow-dry and style unless stated otherwise.

Salon Experience & Policies

  • Soft Life Salon is by appointment only to ensure eah client receives dedicated time and attention. Same-day bookings may be available depending on stylist openings.

  • To maintain a clean and relaxing environment, outside food and beverages are not permitted, and guest or children are not allowed unless being serviced.

  • We allow a grace period. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time, and your deposit can be forfeited if same-day cancelation.
